Thank you for participating in Community Bank of Santa Maria’s 25th Anniversary $25,000 Donation Giveaway!
We wanted to show our appreciation to our customers and our community by making $25,000 in donations to qualified 501(c)3 non-profit organizations who provide direct benefit to the Santa Maria Valley1.
If you were a bank customer prior to March 1, 2026, we will gladly accept your nomination. We will be limiting nominations to one per customer. However, non-profit organizations can be nominated multiple times, providing more opportunity for their name to be selected. Please complete the Nomination Form below. We will draw nominee names every month between March and December, 2026, and each selected non-profit organization will receive a donation of $2,500.
By completing this nomination form, the Nominator agrees to the following:
- Nominations will be accepted from individuals who were bank customers 3 of record prior to March 1, 2026 through the date of submission.
- No monetary value has been or will be provided to, nor accepted from, the nominator.
- Self-nominations will not be accepted.
1 Nominators should nominate a non-profit organization headquartered in the Santa Maria Valley, or if nominating a national non-profit entity, designate a local chapter or branch.
2 Must be a qualified 501(c)3 organization. Nominees not in good standing with the IRS will be disqualified.
3 Owner or responsible party of a deposit or loan account. May include business accounts for which the individual is considered financially responsible.
